Risk identification and interactive risk assessment of 4C inspection based on HHM-RFRM

摘要: 为帮助飞机维修单位精准识别风险和有效控制维修中不同风险的交互作用,利用改进后的层次全息模型-风险过滤、评级和管理(HHM-RFRM,hierarchical holographic model-risk filtering, rating and management)理论,以A航空公司4C检为例,从计划和技术两个方面识别风险,并对筛选出的关键风险类别进行交互风险评估。研究结果表明:计划性风险包括计划控制和施工准备,技术性风险包括维修实施和维修放行;由交互风险评估模型可知,当人力资源配置不当与维修工作交叉、维修行为不规范、合格维修人员数量不足交互时,风险最大。

Abstract: In order to identify risks accurately and effectively control the interaction of risks in maintenance, the improved hierarchical holographic model-risk filtering, rating and management(HHM-RFRM) are adopted to conduct interactive risk assessments on selected key risk categories, and to identify risks from planning and technical aspects, as in the case of 4C inspection. The results show that planning risks include planning control and construction preparation, and that technical risks include implementation and release. The interactive risk assessment model shows that when the unreasonable arrangement of staff interacts with the crossed maintenance work, nonstandard maintenance behaviors and the insufficiency of qualified staff, the risk is the greatest.
