中国航空物流与外商投资水平耦合评价研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 推动航空物流与外商投资两者协调发展是航空物流服务国家对外开放政策的基本路径。利用2009—2018年的面板数据构建灰色关联评价模型和耦合协调度模型，从国家、地区、省（自治区、直辖市）层面对两者耦合协调情况进行实证分析。结果表明：中国航空物流与外商投资水平两系统间整体处于“良好关联阶段”，但七大地区间两者耦合协调情况存在着明显的两极化态势；31个省（自治区、直辖市）间两者耦合协调度在时间与空间上也存在着截然不同的变化和分布格局。因此，中国应综合依据外商投资环境建设需要，针对性地制定航空物流产业发展政策，进而有效促进两者耦合协调发展。

Abstract: Promoting the coordinated development of aviation logistics and foreign investment is the basic path for aviation logistics to serve the country’s opening-up policy. Based on the panel data from 2009 to 2018, the gray correlation evaluation model and the coupling coordination degree model are constructed, and the coupling coordination between Chinese aviation logistics and foreign investment level is empirically analyzed from countries, regions and provinces. The results show that Chinese aviation logistics and foreign investment level are in a "good correlation stage" as a whole, but the coupling coordination among the seven regions is obviously polarized. In addition, there are totally different changes and distribution patterns in time and space of the coupling coordination degree between the two in 31 provinces. Therefore, China should formulate the development policy of aviation logistics industry according to the needs of foreign investment environment construction, so as to effectively promote the coupling coordination of the two.
