基于运行分析法的区域管制风险因素辨识

摘要:

在运行分析法的基础上结合因果分析法对区域管制运行工作中的风险因素进行辨识,根据运行分析法的要求,对区域管制的工作任务进行分析,建立了基于最小任务单元的区域管制工作流程图,结合因果分析法对工作流程图中的每个最小任务单元进行风险因素辨识,最后识别出影响区域管制运行安全的85条风险因素,包括人的因素57 条,设备因素10条,环境因素8 条,管理因素10 条。

Abstract:

Risk factor identification of area control is studied based on operation analysis method and causality analysis method. Area control task is analysed,and area control flow diagram which inludes every minimum task unit is established according to the requirements of operation analysis method. Then risk factors in every minimum task unit are identified using causality analysis method. At last,85 risk factors of area control operation are dentified and classified including 57 controller factors,10 device factors,8 environment factors and 10 management factors.
