碳纤维树脂基复合材料电热损伤温度场研究

Research on temperature field of CFRP electric-thermal damage

摘要:

为了研究碳纤维树脂基复合材料(CFRP)电热损伤过程中的温度场分布问题,使用电热损伤测试系统测试了碳纤维树脂基复合材料通电后的表面温度分布并使用ABAQUS 软件对碳纤维树脂基复合材料直接通电过程进行了模拟。结果表明,实验值与模拟结果吻合性较好,在4A、6A、8A电流作用下,CFRP 表面温度随时间
基本呈线性增加,在160 s 左右达到稳定状态,稳定温度分别为162 ℃、17 7℃和195 ℃并且不随通电时间而变化。说明该测试系统和计算模型可以正确处理CFRP 通电后温度场问题,为复合材料电热损伤合理选取通电参数提供理论依据。

Abstract:

In order to study the temperature field distribution of the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)material, the relation of temperature and direct current have been investigated on electric-thermal damage detection system. ABAQUS software is used to simulate the direct electrification process of CFRP based on current heating theory,and the temperature field distribution contour plot and temperature changes curves of characteristic points under different currents are obtained. By contrast of the experimental and stimulant results, fine consistency is reached.Surface temperature increase linearly with the current increase from 4A to 6A and 8A and reach stabilization after 160 s while the temperature is 162 ℃、177 ℃and 195 ℃ respectively. It shows that the detection system and simulation models could correctly predict the temperature field of current heating disposing and provide theory evidence for selecting current heating disposing parameters reasonably.
