主讲人简介：

Professor Sung is the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund Professor in Sustainable Energy in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Manufacturing Engineering at University of Connecticut. He is a Fellow of the ASME and the Combustion Institute, an Associate Fellow of the AIAA, an elected member of the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering, and a member of the Editorial Board for Combustion Theory and Modelling. He received several Best Paper Awards from AIAA, the Distinguished Paper Award in Colloquium of Laminar Flames from the 31st International Symposium on Combustion in 2007, the Distinguished Engineer of the Year Award from the Hartford Section of ASME in 2020, and the 2024 AIAA Energy Systems Award. He is author or co-author of over 215 archival publications in combustion, propulsion, and sustainable energy, together with seven book chapters.
