机场沥青混凝土道面下封层粘结性能试验研究

摘要: 为研究机场沥青混凝土道面下封层的粘结性能,首先,利用斜剪试验分别对同步碎石封层和沥青砂封层在不同条件下的层间抗剪强度规律进行了分析。试验结果表明:在相同温度和沥青类型下,沥青砂封层的层间粘结性能要优于同步碎石封层。其次,以A380-800为评价机型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行数值模拟分析,仿真结果表明:沥青砂封层和同步碎石封层均能满足抗剪强度要求,但沥青砂封层抗剪强度更高。

Abstract: In order to study the bonding performance of the sealing layer of asphalt concrete pavement in the airport, firstly, the regularities of interlayer shear strength of synchronous gravel sealing layer and asphalt sand sealing layer under different conditions are analyzed by oblique shear test. The results show that, at the same temperature and type of asphalt, the adhesion of asphalt sand sealing layer is better than synchronous gravel sealing layer; secondly, A380 -800 aircraft is taken as the evaluation model, ABAQUS finite element software is used for numerical simulation analysis, it turns out that asphalt sand sealing layer and synchronous gravel sealing layer can meet the requirements of shear strength, but the shear strength of asphalt sand sealing layer is much higher.
