卫星云图上自动识别追踪MCS方法

摘要:

中尺度对流系统(MCS)常伴有冰雹、雷暴、飑线和龙卷等强对流天气的发生,不仅对机体结构造成巨大破坏,还对飞行机组及乘客人身安全产生严重威胁。准确有效地识别和追踪MCS 所在位置和发展趋势一直以来都是MCS研究的重点和难点。根据前人所改进的MCS 识别与追踪判定标准,将Matlab 图像处理技术运用到MCS 的识别追踪中。通过使用Matlab 软件对国家卫星气象中心提供的卫星数据加工处理,并对其特征参数进行计算分析。实验证明,该方法不仅可以实现MCS 自动识别,还可实现多时次MCS 连续有效追踪,为危险天气下航路规避、改航路径划设、航线智能选择提供了有效的理论依据和实用参考标准。

Abstract:

Mesoscale convective system (MCS)is often accompanied by hail,thunderstorm,squall line,spout and some other severe convective weathers,it could not only lead a huge destruction to the airframe structure,but also pose a serious threat to the safety of crew and passengers. While,the identification and tracking of the location and development tendency of MCS is the emphasis to the study. According to the previous improved criterion,Matlab image processing techniques are applied to the identification and tracking of MCS. With Matlab software,satellite data are provided by National Satellite Meteorological Center,and then its characteristic parameters are calculated and analysed. The experimental results show that this method could not only realize the MCS identification automatically,but also achieve MCS tracking continuously and effectively. An effective theoretical basis and practical reference are provided to the en route avoidance,the flight rerouting path planning and air route intelligent selection for dangerous weather.
