摘要:

民用航空器适航管理工作在中国已开展二十多年并成绩显著,已初步建立和树立以可靠性为中心的飞机维修管理体系和维修管理模式。但在实际的飞机维修工作中,还须考虑飞机系统的安全性、可靠性、维修性和经济性的统一。从飞机系统或部件的单位有效使用时间的费用或费用率角度,建立理论分析模型和分析方法,以最小平均费用率为最优化准则来计算飞机系统计划预防维修的周期,以达到最经济和最优化维修周期,这些是《维修方案》和《可靠性方案》修订的重要依据,也是保证飞行安全的科学基石。

Abstract:

Aircraft airworthiness management of CAAC has been carried out for more than 20 years and remarkable achievements have been initially established,setting up a reliability centered aircraft repair management and repair management mode. But in the actual aircraft repair work,the aircraft system safety,reliability,maintainability and economy must be taken into account. Starting from rate of cost or expense and the efficient use of time from aircraft systems or components of the unit,the theoretical analysis model and analysis method are set up,using the optimization criterion to calculate the aircraft system scheduled preventive maintenance and repair cycle with the minimum average cost rate;in order to achieve the most economic and optimal repair cycle,these are important bases of revised "repair scheme"and "reliability scheme",but also foundation to ensure the flight safety.
