液滴撞击随机粗糙表面的动态行为特性研究

摘要: 在航空发动机清洗过程中,通过清洗液滴与叶片积垢撞击实现发动机在翼清洗,因此液滴在随机粗糙表面撞击、铺展、浸润的研究对提升发动机在翼清洗效果有重要意义。为获得液滴撞击随机粗糙表面的撞击特性,本文研究了清洗液滴在随机粗糙表面撞击、铺展、浸润的动力学行为,重点分析了液滴直径和撞击速度对撞击特性的影响。结果表明,相比于光滑壁面,由于壁面粗糙度的作用,液滴铺展边缘会产生许多破碎的小液滴,且粗糙结构的凸起和间隙使得间隙内产生气泡进而影响润湿效果;液滴的铺展直径与液滴直径和撞击速度正相关,有助于抵消壁面粗糙度造成的液滴飞溅;壁面润湿程度随液滴直径和撞击速度增加,但撞击速度对撞击核心区域的润湿程度影响较小。本文研究成果可为优化航空发动机在翼清洗工艺参数提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: During the cleaning process of aero-engine, the engine online washing is realized by the impact of cleaning droplet and blade fouling. Therefore, the research on the impact, spreading and infiltration of droplet on random rough surface is of great significance for improving the cleaning effect of engine online washing. In order to obtain the impact characteristics of the droplet impacting on random rough surface, the dynamic behavior of impacting, spreading and infiltrating of the cleaning droplet on random rough surface is studied. The effects of droplet diameter and impact velocity on the impact characteristics are analyzed stressfullly. The results show that, compared with the smooth wall, due to the effect of wall roughness, many broken small droplets will be generated at the spreading edge of the droplet, and the bulge and gap of the rough structure will cause bubbles in the gap, which affects the infiltration effect. The spreading diameter of droplet is positively correlated with droplet diameter and impact velocity, which helps to offset the droplet splash caused by wall roughness. The infiltration degree of the wall increases with droplet diameter and impact velocity, while the impact velocity has little effect on the infiltration degree of the core area. The research results in this paper can provide a certain theoretical basis for optimizing the parameters of aero-engine online washing process.
