摘要: 行星减速器在车辆、机器人等设备中广泛应用,而齿侧间隙的存在对行星齿轮系统运转的精确性、使用寿命都有较大影响。基于有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS 软件APDL 参数化语言完成行星减速器三维建模前处理,并通过接触力的定义来模拟啮合过程。通过LS-DYNA 显式动力学求解器进行数值仿真计算,准确地模拟了一组2K-H 型行星齿轮系统的接触、啮合等运转过程,分析了啮合过程中存在的冲击、不均载等现象,并利用参数化建模研究了不同齿侧间隙的有限元模型动力学响应,为行星齿轮系统的分析研究提供了有效方法,也为理论模型的进一步优化设计提供了有效依据。

Abstract: Planetary reducer is widely used in vehicles, robots and other equipments, the existence of side clearance has a great influence on the accuracy and service life of planetary gear system. Finite element analysis method and ANSYS APDL are applied to complete the 3D model of planetary reducer, the meshing process is simulated through contact force definition. Contacts and meshing of a 2K-H planetary gear system is accurately simulated and the numerical simulation calculation is carried out through LS-DYNA explicit dynamic solver. The finite element dynamic responses of different tooth side clearances are studied by parameterized modeling. An effective method for the analysis and research of planetary gear system is provided, supplying useful reference for further optimization of the theoretical model.
