发动机下发时间预测和机队下发方案优化

摘要: 随着航空公司机队规模的逐渐扩大,需对机队下发方案进行优化,以降低机队运营成本。基于发动机排气温度裕度数据,考虑机队各台发动机性能衰退的同异性,采用聚类分析中的K-means 算法对发动机下发时间进行预测,并通过实际数据进行验证。在此基础上,以机队总缺发时间最小为目标,提出了间隔控制算法,用于优化机队的下发方案,通过与现有方法进行比较,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性。

Abstract: With progressive increase of aircraft fleets, it is necessary for airlines to optimize the fleet engine removal plan to decrease aircraft fleet operation cost. Based on engine exhaust gas temperature margin and taking account of similarities and differences of fleet engine performance degradation, K-means algorithm of cluster analysis is used to predict the engine removal time and this method is verified with practical data. On this basis, with the target of minimum time of engine shortage, an interval control algorithm is proposed and used to optimize the engine removal plan. By
