飞机客舱能耗模型的构建研究

摘要: 针对各地机场不合理使用桥载空调导致无法实现节能减排和满足客舱舒适性调节控制的问题,构建飞机客舱能耗模型,预测飞机客舱的热载荷,实现对桥载空调的优化控制。以天津滨海国际机场A320飞机客舱为研究对象,采用热平衡法对影响客舱能耗的各个因素进行分析,并建立客舱外气象参数模型、客舱围护结构热平衡模型和客舱内空气热平衡模型;对其传热过程进行了计算与仿真,得出了不同时刻的飞机客舱能耗。所得结果为今后飞机客舱传热舒适性调节控制研究以及飞机空调系统节能控制提供理论依据。

Abstract: The unreasonable use of air conditioning load bridge has resulted in the inability to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and meet the requirements of cabin comfort control, aircraft cabin energy consumption model is constructed to predict the thermal load of aircraft cabin and achieve optimal control of bridge load air conditioning. Taking A320 aircraft cabin of TBIA as research object, various factors affecting cabin energy consumption is analyzed using heat balance method. Meanwhile, the meteorological parameter model, cabin envelope heat balance model and cabin air heat balance model are constructed. Heat transfer process is simulated and calculated, and the energy consumption of aircraft cabin at different time is obtained. Results provide a theoretical basis for future study of heat transfer comfort control of aircraft cabin and the energy saving control of aircraft air conditioning system.
