终端区域内航空器排放主动监测技术研究

摘要:

航空器在终端区域排放量的监测与核定技术是建设航空排放监管体系的需要,也是应对国际航空碳排放税的重要支撑技术。根据航空器性能数据及机场大气环境参数建立覆盖整个机场终端区域的航空器能耗计算模型,利用航空器实时轨迹数据实现对航空器排放的实时尧主动监测。通过应用机载快速存取记录(QAR,quickly access record)数据对模型验证表明,所提出的航空器能耗计算模型可根据航空器的轨迹数据有效地估算航空器排放量。新航空器能耗计算模型对终端区域内的航空器排放具有主动监测能力。监视的潜力。

Abstract:

As important methods to deal with international carbon emission tax on aviation, monitoring and verifying techniques of aircrafts'emissions in terminal area are required to establish the supervision system of aviation emission. Through the energy consumption model based on aircrafts'performance data and atmospheric data around the airport, combined with aircrafts'trajectory data, the real-time initiative monitoring of aircraft's emission could be finally achieved. Airborne QAR(quickly access record) data approves that the current model could effectively calculate aircrafts'emission based on their trajectory data. The current model is capable of active emission surveillance in terminal area.
