基于管制员知识的终端区飞行冲突解决模型

摘要:

空中交通流量的不断增加使得管制运行容量日趋饱和,空管智能辅助工具通过协助管制员进行冲突探测和冲突化解决策,可以有效缓解管制员压力,提高安全运行水平。通过分析终端管制区的冲突类型和特点,以及管制员解决飞行冲突的思维方法和经验,提出了解决飞行冲突时需考虑的各种因素。针对关键因素建立基于管制员知识的终端区飞行冲突解决模型和诱导冲突判断决策模型。该模型符合管制员的思维模式和认知习惯,比较其他同类基于优化算法的模型具有更高的接受度和实用性,为下一代空管智能辅助系统的开发提供模型支持。

Abstract:

With the increasing air traffic flow, the air traffic control operation capacity is approaching saturation level, air traffic control intelligent auxiliary tools can effectively alleviate controllers爷pressure and improve safety by assisting controllers execute conflict detection and conflict resolution. Through analysis of conflict types and characteristics, and controllers爷conflict-solving approach as well as their experience various factors are put forward. Taking into account the key factors, flight conflict resolution model and induced conflict judgment decision model are established in terminal area, which can accord with the thinking pattern and cognitive habits of controllers. Compared with the other models basing on optimization algorithm, the current two models have
higher acceptability and practicality, and can provide support for developing the next generation of air traffic control intelligent support system.
