摘要:

依据胜任力理论和机务维修工作的特点,采用专家小组讨论的方法确定航空机务人员的胜任力模型;应用模糊层次分析法,计算得出模型中各胜任力要素的权重;依据重要性-可塑性矩阵,将胜任力要素划分为4个象限,指出属于不同象限的胜任力要素具有不同的培训需求。从胜任力的角度对航空机务人员的培训需求进行分析,可以突出培训的重点,避免培训资源的浪费,从而实现培训资源的优化配置。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of competence and job characteristics of aero maintenance personnel,the competency model of aero maintenance personnel is built by expert discussion method;then the weight of each competency element is established by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process;finally the competency elements are divided into four quadrants based on importance-plasticity matrix,pointing out that elements belonging to different quadrants have different training needs. Training needs analysis of aero maintenance personnel based on competence theory can highlight the training focus and avoid training resources waste,and achieve the optimal allocation of training resources.
