摘要:

机场出租车上客区作为衔接机场交通和城市交通的一部分,其整体服务水平逐渐受到人们的关注。针对北京首都国际机场T3 航站楼进行出租车上客区方案比选的问题,建立了基于VISSIM微观交通仿真的比选方法,提出小时通行能力、对环境影响和旅客感知三个评价指标,并根据仿真结果对备选方案做了综合评价。

Abstract:

The taxi boarding area at airports serves as one part of connection between airline traffic and urban traffic,and its service level attracts attention gradually. Aiming at the scheme comparisons on taxi boarding area of Terminal 3 at Beijing Capital International Airport,the comparative method is developed based on microscopic simulation model of VISSIM,three indexes are proposed as the evaluating criteria such as capacity per hour,impacts on the environment and passengers perception,and the alternative plan is further evaluated comprehensively based on simulation results.
