摘要：

空域资源是国家经济发展的战略资源，研究其与民航运输及国民经济三者之间关系具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。本文建立三元向量自回归模型，利用协整检验、Granger因果检验和方差分解等方法考察三者之间的关系。研究结果表明中国空域资源、民航运输及国民经济发展之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系；空域资源和GDP的发展对民航运输具有长期较高的贡献水平，民航运输及国民经济的增长能够促进空域资源的优化使用。文章最后结合中国民航发展现状提出政策建议。

Abstract:

Airspace is classified as strategic materials of one country. This paper studies the relationship among airspace, the development of civil aviation and economic growth by employing the approaches of econometrics. The result shows that there is a long-term equilibrium among airspace,national economy and the civil aviation transportation industry. GDP and airspace make an important contribution to the advancement of the civil aviation transportation,the industry growth of civil aviation transportation and GDP can promote the development of airspace. In conclusion the paper provides some suggestions about utilizing airspace rationally and promoting civil aviation industry.
