摘要:

本文基于Matlab 遗传算法,研究了复合材料层合板阶梯式挖补修理的参数优化问题。利用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran/Nastran,建立了层合板阶梯式挖补修理结构的三维有限元分析模型,通过计算得到不同阶梯数和胶层厚度下的强度值与屈曲特征值。通过遗传算法工具箱,将所得数据拟合得到适应度函数,对挖补阶梯数和胶层厚度进行多目标优化,得到最优修理参数集。

Abstract:

Based on the Malab genetic algorithms,the parameter optimization for the laminated composite plate with a stepped repair was studied. Using finite element analysis software MSC.Patran/Nastran,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model is developed for the laminated composite plate with a stepped repair. Through the genetic algorithm toolbox,the data obtained were fitted to the fitness function,and multi-objective optimization of the step number and the adhesive thickness,the reasonable repairs parameters set are obtained.
