1主要研究方向:

 硅基光电子学

 飞秒激光掺杂、退火、改性

主要研究方向为半导体芯片的有源器件——光电探测器,以及基于飞秒激光的半导体工艺开发,课题组搭建有同轴共聚焦飞秒激光加工与改性系统、光电探测器测试系统,可实现对飞秒激光加工与改性过程的在线监控以及光电探测器的性能测试,欢迎对半导体芯片或飞秒激光掺杂、退火、改性领域感兴趣的同学报考研究生,也欢迎本科生进组学习!
