报告摘要:

Ferroelectricity is a characteristic of certain materials that have a spontaneous electric polarization . All ferroelectrics are pyroelectric and all pyroelectrics are piezoelectric. Rare earth doping can not only help to enhance the ferro-/piezoelectric property, but also obtain excellent photoluminescence property. In this talk, I will demonstrate some experimental results on the photoluminescence sensing of rare-earth doped piezo-ceramics on different circumstance conditionals, such as, compositional change, Curie temperature and electric polarization strength. Stress-luminescence on basis of piezo-electro-luminescence will also be showed. Ferroelectric materials possess the ability to convert vibration energy or cold-hot alternation thermal-energy into electric energy. I will also show my recent work related on some novel catalytic design such as piezo-catalysis and pyro-catalysis of ferroelectric micro-/nanomaterials, which is potential for application in dye wastewater degradation, water splitting into hydrogen, and carbon dioxide reduction through harvesting the environmental vibration energy or room-temperature cold-hot fluctuation thermal-energy,.


报告人简介:

贾艳敏,民革陕西省委会科技委副主任、陕西师范大学物理与信息技术学院教授、博士生导师、陕西省QianRen计划创新长期人才。从事铁电压电材料物理研究。1999-2003郑州大学本科,2003-2008中科院上海硅酸盐所博士(直博。2005.2-2006.8香港理工大学应用物理系博士联培),2008-2010荷兰代尔夫特理工大学博士后, 2010年回国担任特聘教授至今(2011年直评教授,2020年被聘为三级教授)。第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun.(两篇)、 Energy Environ. Sci.、 Adv. Mater. 、 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nano Energy (八篇)、Appl. Phys. Lett. (十篇)、《科学通报》、《物理学报》等发表SCI论文110余篇。论文被引用6000余次。七篇ESI前1%高被引和一篇ESI前1‰热点论文。主持国家自然科学基金两项、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省自然科学基金等。获中国科技新锐人物突出贡献奖、上海市自然科学二等奖、陕西高等学校科技成果二等奖等。入选2021年全球顶尖前10万学者库。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家排行榜。担任中国电子材料与元器件产学研平台理事兼副秘书长、西安市纳米科技学会常务理事等。担任Journal of Advanced Ceramics (IF=16.9)、Surfaces and Interfaces (IF=6.2)、International Journal of Minerals Metallurgy and Materials (IF=4.8)、Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering (IF=3.7)、Journal of Advanced Dielectrics (IF=3.1)、Nanomaterials (IF=5.3)、Catalysts (IF=3.9)、《稀有金属材料与工程》(IF=0.7)等SCI期刊Guest Editor或青年编委。
