报告题目：Additive bases of C_3\oplus C_{3q}

报告摘要：Let G be a finite abelian group and p be the smallest prime dividing |G|. Let S be a sequence over G. We say that S is regular if for every proper subgroup H<G, S contains at most |H|-1 terms from H. Let c_0(G)  be the smallest integer t such that every regular sequence S over G of length |S|>=t forms an additive basis of G. In this talk, we show that c_0(G)=3q+3, where G= C_3\oplus C_{3q} and q>=5 is a prime number.

报告嘉宾简介：瞿勇科，洛阳师范学院副教授，博士毕业于南开大学组合数学中心，师从高维东教授，主要从事组合数论领域零和理论的研究，在J. Combin. Theory Ser. A, Acta Arith., Discrete Math., J. Math. Anal. Appl., Int. J. Number Theory, Colloq. Math., Electron. J. Combin. 等期刊发表学术论文二十余篇，主持完成国家自然科学青年基金及天元基金项目各一项，主持完成国家留学基金委公派访问学者项目一项，主持河南省高等学校青年骨干教师项目及重点科研项目各一项。
