Human factors analyses in aircraft MRO based on improved HFACS

摘要: 为降低飞机维护维修(MRO, maintenance, repair & operations)中人为因素的影响,以国内某公司飞机维修典型事故为样本,对造成事故的人为因素进行分析,建立了改进的飞机维护维修人为因素分析和分类系统(HFACS,human factors analysis and classification system)模型,该模型具有17 个子类,能有效分析飞机维
护维修中存在的人为因素问题。利用SPSS 进行卡方检验和让步比分析,结果表明:组织影响是事故的主要人为因素,组织影响、不安全的监督、不安全行为的先兆、不安全行为之间存在显著的因果关系,应更多地关注子类之间的相关性,从根本上降低人为因素事件的发生概率。

Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of human factors in aircraft MRO, typical aircraft accidents of a domestic company are analyzed. The improved HFACS model for aircraft MRO is constructed, which can analyze the human factors more effectively with its 17 subcategories. SPSS is employed for chi-square test and odd ratio analysis. Results show that the organization influence is the main cause of accidents, meanwhile, there exists significant causal relation among organization influence, unsafe supervision, premise of unsafe behavior and unsafe behaviors. The correlation between sub-categories should be given more attention in order to fundamentally reduce the occurrence of human factor events.
