摘要: 针对以往机场选址方案决策过程中评价指标权重确定主观性较大的问题,提出一种采用层次分析法与熵权法确定评价指标组合权重的方法。将组合赋权与云模型相结合,建立基于组合赋权与云模型的机场选址方案评价方法,修正了选址方案决策中评价指标的模糊性与随意性。最后,结合某机场选址方案的决策,给出了该评价方法的应用过程,为机场选址方案决策提供一种新方法。

Abstract: Aiming at the subjective indicator weighting problem during traditional decision-making of airport site selection,an approach combining with HAP and entropy is proposed. Combinated weighting and cloud model are both employed to build the current assessment approach of airport site selection. Fuzziness and randomness of evaluation indices are modified. Finally, taking decision-making of one airport site selection as instance, the application procedure of this approach is given, supplying a new method for airport site selection.
