摘要:

为进一步降低签派放行过程中人为因素造成的航空不安全事件的比例采用层次分析法AHP对签派放行过程中的人为因素进行分析得到个人因素组织因素以及环境因素在整个签派放行过程中所占权重并建立有效的签派员放行过程中人为因素的评估模型结果表明对于签派放行过程中人为因素的各影响因素签派员的签派资质是最为重要的方面其次是整章建制和签派员的工作负荷再次是签派员的自我效能感工作环境和管理层效能影响相对较低的是社会环境团队协作和组织氛围同时根据评估结果进一步提出预防签派放行过程中人为因素所造成的航空不安全事件的针对性对策

Abstract:

In order to further reduce the rate of aviation accidents caused by human factors during dispatch, AHP(analytic hierarchy process)is used to analyze the human factors on dispatch. The weight of personal, organizational and environmental factors are obtained, and the effective evaluation model of human factors on dispatchers is set up.Among human factors during dispatch, the dispatch qualification is the most important one; workload of dispatchers, establishment of system and association are the following ones; self-efficacy of dispatchers, work environment and management efficiency are thirdly important factors; social environment, teamwork and organizational climate impact are relatively weaker factors. According to the evaluation results, effective prevention measures of aviation accidents caused by human factors on dispatch are further put forward.
