飞机发动机产生的明冰会改变流场分布影响发动机组的正常工作同时脱落后的明冰可能会对发动机部件产生破坏弯曲强度和压缩强度是明冰基本的力学性质依据明冰的形成原理人工喷制明冰并对明冰的弯曲强度和压缩强度进行测试分析了温度对弯曲强度和压缩强度的影响该研究为准确判断冰脱落形式以及脱落后的运行轨迹提供了重要依据同时也为冰脱落数值仿真计算提供了可靠参数

Abstract:

Aircraft icing is a significant hazard requiring extra attention in winter, and the shed ice can cause engine damage if it impacts an engine surface with enough mass and velocity. Glaze ice is more susceptible to aerodynamic forces that result in shedding. The experimental analysis of bending strength and uniaxial compression strength for glaze ice helps to analyze the ice shedding from the blade. Thus, the ice sample is generated with spraying to simulate the ice buildup on the engine blade during icing environment encounter. A compression test instrument is designed to measure the compression strength of glaze ice. A linear function is established between temperature and compression strength based on experimental data. The current experimental study can be applied for the analysis of mechanical properties of glaze ice and help to evaluate any engine compressor damage that results from ice shedding.
