客机地面作业中客舱送风温度的研究

摘要:

客舱内的温度直接关系到舱内热环境的舒适性,对旅客和机组人员的身心健康有着重要影响。以民航现役主力单通道客机为原型构建了包含5 排座椅和人体模型的客舱环境模型,针对客机在夏季地面作业阶段,运用FLUENT软件分析了不同送风温度下舱内温度场和流场。在满舱情况下将空中乘务员也考虑在内,分别对旅客和乘务员的头部、腰部和脚踝进行采样计算,根据预测平均评价和不满意百分比指标,通过Matlab 编程计算确定适宜的送风温度范围,同时分析了客舱温度场以及探讨乘务员和旅客的局部热舒适性。本研究为飞机地面空调操作人员提供了参考,并为飞机地面空调控制以及制定国内飞机客舱环境质量标准提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Cabin temperature is directly related to the cabin thermal comfort, which also has an important impact on the health of passengers and crew. Based on the main type of civil aircrafts: single-aisle aircrafts, a model containing 5 rows of seats and the human body model of the cabin environment are built. Different air temperature fields and flow fields of air temperature in the cabin are analyzed using FLUENT for aircraft ground operation in summer.In the case of full cabin attendant, temperatures on the heads, waists and ankles for both passengers and crew are selected and calculated. According to the predicted mean assessment, predicted percentage of dissatisfaction and the results of MATLAB, the suitable temperature range of cabin air supply are obtained. Meanwhile the cabin temperature field is analyzed and the local thermal comfort of passengers and crew are investigated,providing reference and a theoretical basis for aircraft ground air conditioning operating, and setting domestic quality standards of aircraft cabin environment.
