Study on pin load distribution of multi-countersunk bolt composite laminate joints

摘要:

通过ABAQUS 软件建立了多钉沉头螺栓连接三维有限元模型,对复合材料层合板与金属板多钉连接结构进行拉伸性能分析,计算了沉头连接的钉载分配情况,并就钉孔间隙、螺栓扭矩、沉头比等因素对钉载分配的影响进行分析。结果表明:与凸头连接相比,多钉沉头连接对钉载分配有一定的改善作用;钉孔间隙和螺栓刚度对钉载分配影响显著,螺栓扭矩和金属板刚度对钉载分配有一定的影响袁但并不明显;摩擦和沉头比对钉载分配的影响可以忽略不计。

Abstract:

A 3D finite element model of multi-countersunk bolt joint is established with ABAQUS. The tensile performance of multi-bolt joint of composite laminate with metal plate is analyzed, the pin load distributions are calculated,and the effect of factors such as pin clearance, bolt torsion moment, height ratio on the load distributions are analyzed. Results show that countersunk bolts can improve load distributions slightly compared with protrudinghead bolt for composite laminate joints. The pin clearance and bolt stiffness have great effect on load distributions, while the bolt torsion moment and metal plate stiffness have slightly effect, and the effect of friction and height ratio can be ignored.
