基于旅客选择的航班座位优化分配模型

摘要:

针对航空公司收益管理中传统座位分配算法的不足,即舱位独立性、不包含批定座、不可再得性等3个不尽合理的假设,在研究了旅客选择行为以及航空旅客市场细分的基础上,构建了市场细分条件下的旅客选择舱位控制模型。由于本模型充分考虑了旅客到达的分布以及旅客的选择意愿,可有效消除不合理假设的影响。基于市场调研数据获得旅客到达率及旅客舱位选择概率袁最后利用Logit模型进行旅客行为模拟,同时进行EMSRb 算法仿真计算,仿真对比表明:旅客选择模型的最终收益优于传统的EMSRb。

Abstract:

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional algorithm for seat inventory control in airline revenue management,i.e.some unreasonable assumptions such as independent demand among cabins,no batch booking and no demand recapturing,a new seat inventory model is proposed based on market segmentation and careful study of passengers'choosing behavior. Taking into account the passengers'arrival distribution and passengers'choices,this model can effectively eliminate the unreasonable assumption. Market research data are used to calculate passenger arrival probability and passenger cabin choice probability. Finally,passengers'choosing behaviors are simulated by Logit model and EMSRb algorithm,simulating result proves the advantages of the current model comparing with conventional algorithms.
