机场机位分配的一种实用方法

摘要:

停机位指派是机场现场运行中心的一项重要工作。合理的机位指派可以帮助航空公司减少延误,提高机场的运营效益和服务质量。依据机位的分布特点和属性,采用以近机位利用率最高和旅客步行距离最小为优化目标的停机位指派方法,提出了一种预分配机位的优化算法。在此基础上,针对延误航班对预分配结果的扰动性问题,设计了机位的再分配方案。结果表明:该方案为提高工作人员的指派效率、提高机场的运营效益和服务质量提供了有价值的借鉴和参考,并在一定程度上解决了延误航班对预分配结果的干扰问题。

Abstract:

Gate assignment is one of the important tasks in Airport Operation Center (AOC). A logical gate assignment method could decrease airline'delay time and improve operation benefit as well as service quality. A method of gate assignment is introduced aiming at the maximum utilization ratio of the near gates and the minimum ambulation distance for the transfer passengers. An optimized algorithm for preparative gate assignment is also proposed according to the distribution and attribute of gates in airports. Based on those results,a gate reassignment method is designed against the interferential problem caused by delayed aircraft. The calculation result shows that this method provides a valuable reference for improving the assignment efficiency in AOC,enhances the operation benefit and service quality simultaneously,as well as solves the interference to the pre-assignment problem caused by delayed aircraft at a certain extent.
