几种铝合金材料动态力学性能测试

Testing of dynamic mechanical property of several aluminum alloy materials

摘要:

为了研究飞机结构常用铝合金材料(包括2024、7050 和6061)的动态力学性能,利用电子万能试验机和Hopkinson 杆测试技术,在大范围应变率下,对这些材料的试件进行准静态和动态拉压试验,获取了这些材料的动态应力-应变曲线。通过对比实验结果,分析了这些材料的应变率敏感性,并根据位错理论对试验结果进行解释和探讨。结果表明:2024 和7050是应变率不敏感材料,甚至在高应变率下表现出软化现象,而6061 是应变率敏感材料,在高应变率下表现出应变硬化现象。

Abstract:

In order to research dynamic mechanical property of aircraft structure common aluminum alloy materials(including 2024,7050 and 6061),universal testing machine and split Hopkinson pressure bar are used in large-scale strain rate (10-4 /s~104/s),quasi-static and dynamic,tension and compression testings. Dynamic stress-strain curves of those materials are obtained. Strain rate sensitivity is analyzed. The intrinsic mechanism is discussed according to the dislocation motion theory. The experimental results show that 2024 and 7050 have no strain rate sensitivity and 6061 has strain rate sensitivity.
